Delete your staff account
Request permanent deletion of your Fitrobit admin app account. This page is for gym staff — trainers, instructors and front desk. Members should use the member app deletion page instead.
Still signed in? Do it from the app
Open the Fitrobit admin app and go to Profile → Terminate Account. That closes your account immediately, with no waiting for review. Use the form below only if you can no longer sign in.

Submitting this request begins the process of permanently removing your staff account and associated personal data from the Fitrobit admin app. Your gym will verify the request before it is finalised.
- Your fingerprint and other biometric data are removed from every access device at your gym, so those readers will no longer let you in.
- You lose access to the Fitrobit admin app on every device you are signed in on, and you will not be able to sign back in.
- Some of your personal data is deleted along with your access.
- Records your gym, fitness studio or organisation relies on — attendance, payments you handled, session logs and the plans you built for members — are kept. That information belongs to them, not to Fitrobit, so it is not ours to delete.
- Only your gym can reactivate a closed staff account.
